Then you may be the skilled Senior Product Management Consultant we are looking for.


What will you do?

You will be working in a client-facing role to identify and solve complex issues and advise product leadership teams on strategic direction of the function and how to make lasting improvements to its performance. During a project, you will shape and facilitate the end-to-end reengineering of the client’s operating model across processes, organization, data and technology.


Our typical client projects include:

  • Designing the product leadership transformation roadmap covering strategic change initiatives
  • Developing the governing process that guides roadmaps and development in close alignment with the client’s strategic decisions
  • Designing and implementing a new operating model for product management covering aspects such as organizational structure and governance, process, people, data and technology across the product, IT and development functions
  • Delivering project management support to the client both during design and implementation phases
  • Develop and communicate recommendations for product teams.
  • Hands-on product management support including facilitation of workshops.


Nevico Company development:

  • Use your ability and network to proactively attract and validate new business opportunities
  • Participate in client meetings
  • Contribute to continuously optimization of Nevico processes and offerings


We expect that you:

  • Have a relevant educational background (bachelor level or higher), preferably business/technical.
  • Have minimum five years of relevant experience (for example from a consultancy or from Product Management/Product Owner functions in global tech companies in the B2B tech arena).
  • Are an attentive listener that seeks to deeply understand the clients’ challenges.
  • Are a strong communicator that understands the value from proactive stakeholder management
  • Are a problem solver who can synthesize complex information into action points or new practices
  • Are proactive about challenges or constraints within a project and seek to manage them accordingly.
  • Have talent for establishing trust-based relationships with clients and that you can work effectively and independently with stakeholders.
  • Have demonstrated experience in facilitation of workshops, in training sessions and when ensuring implementation of learnings afterwards.
  • Promote our training partner services when relevant.
  • Are strong in English both orally and in writing.
