Challenge
Milestone Systems delivers an award-winning video platform to its B2B customers. It needed to strengthen its focus on development rather than keeping all its existing products on the market. To accelerate innovation it needed to pull both HW and SW products off the market, with a strong focus on customer retention and loyalty.
Solution
We helped design the process, plan the End-of-Life project and make sure to migrate customers to alternative solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
